It appears that user Kingcutie is once again vandalizing his brother's wikipedia page under sockpuppet HDClear, for which he was previously banned by you.
It's not entirely clear to me how to proceed with bringing attention to this.

Hey, i would like to bring to your attention the Yupsguts, the user is the suspected sockpuppet of Jha09 (talk+ · contribs · deleted contribs · tag · block user · block log · CheckUser). Take a look at the user contributions, the user is creating article Shehzad Sheikh, the lead actor of the show Mehndi Wala Ghar, which is deleted again and again due to sockpuppet creation and activity by Jha09. - You're the one who harassed me. You reverted my sandbox edits in the middle of my work on figuring out a bug with wikipedia. Further your edits all over wikipedia have repeatedly harassed other people with your incessant use of tools that you don't know how to use. Don't ping me on other people's talk pages. I think you misunderstood, I was not trying to post on the blocked user's talk page, I was just trying to remove the help me template because it's a waste of my time (I monitor the category too), and of others. Sorry though, my 9pm brain was trying to revert the help me edit and reverted the most recent one, which wasn't it. Sorry for any misunderstandings. - You've now deleted my comments twice. The one above, and this one. Now, I checked Wikipedia:TPO earlier, and I didn't see anything that said that moving the "delsort-notice" to the top of the discussion was disruptive. Now, you have twice removed my comments and accused my of disruptive editing. When I made the second edit where it would have been in the discussion.
