Sumit Godara (born 11 December 1973) is an Indian politician currently serving as Cabinet Minister in Food & Civil Supplies, Consumer Affairs Department in Government of Rajasthan. He was elected in the 15th & 16th Rajasthan Legislative Assembly from Lunkaransar constituency. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.[1][2][3]
Political career[edit]
In the 2018 Rajasthan Legislative Assembly election, he was elected as a member of the 15th Rajasthan Legislative Assembly from the Lunkaransar constituency.[4][5]
In the 2023 Rajasthan Legislative Assembly election, he was re-elected from the Lunkaransar Assembly constituency. He defeated the Indian National Congress candidate, Rajendra Moond, with 60452 votes.[1]
